The process begins with booking an initial 20-minute consultation with one of our advisors. After this consultation, you'll proceed to pay for the selected services. Depending on the services chosen, appointments with experts will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Services will be carried out promptly as per our agreement until completion.

As a digital-only company, Lurnable uses various online communication tools including email, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype. We also utilise our in-house Students Education Management system to interact with clients and manage all communications efficiently.
