Responding efficiently to clients on the phone, incoming email and web enquiries and processing hire desk administration Managing supplier relationships ensuring our clients needs are met Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently and with compassion Assisting our administration assistance with the day to day running of the business

Training and Qualification

Previous industry experience preferred but not essential Proven experience in a customer service role or admin roles Excellent communication skills Have a high standard of written English Consistently excellent and personable telephone manner Excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales Strong team player with the ability to both work to own initiative and alongside our existing team
