The best universities to consider when looking to study medicine in English in Cyprus are:

Entry requirements differ depending on what university you are applying for.

In general, you need to have taken and passed A-Levels (or equivalent) in chemistry and biology.

If you are a non-native English speaker, you will most likely be asked to prove your English language proficiency by providing the university with a certificate that you can obtain by taking the IELTS or any other English language test.

The University of Nicosia expects you to get at least 6.5 overall in the IELTS. If you are taking the TOEFL they expect you to score 213 on the computer-based test, or at least 550 on the paper-based test.

If you are considering going to the University of Nicosia you need to have grades equivalent to ABB A-Levels, this needs to include Biology.

And one of the other two has to be maths, physics or chemistry.
